Matt founded Ledgend after a decade placing senior talent across investment banking, private equity, and credit. His work spans Partner-track buy-side seats, Managing Director coverage roles, and team lifts for new platforms. He keeps the relationships and runs the mandates end to end.
Collin spent the last eight years at The Select Group, a technology consulting firm, learning the ins and outs of recruiting across multiple industries, most recently the energy and utilities space. He brings cross-industry experience to Ledgend, with a clear preference for quality over quantity and a habit of starting each search by understanding what the client actually needs. At Ledgend he runs talent coverage end to end: sourcing, diligence, and the client relationship from intake through close.
